Absolutely appalled with Casey’s right now. For one, was delivered food that was NOT ours, and I was being completely nice and understanding that things happen and I was willing to get it redone, and I try to call these people six times and they left me on hold for over ten minutes where I could hear them yapping. They are for sure going to hear from me in the morning.

Usually chips are crumbled up and not a few soggy chips on top!First time I have EVER got my pizza like this from any other Casey’s! I called to talk to manager and the Manager laughed and said “that’s how it’s supposed to be done, I’m sorry” and laughed again! Terrible store and terrible customer service!

Went in store, prepaid $60 for gas, $56 filled it up. Go back in to get my receipt and she prints a very faded prepay receipt. I say I need the actual amount receipt she said it’s digital on the register but she can’t print it. I tell her to tell people she can’t give them a good receipt before they give her money and the manager tells me to leave and not come back.

I had downloaded the app to order pizza for my family over 55 minutes ago. I placed the order and showed up when the app told me to. When I got there two employees were there in the back talking ignoring the door and I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me. The young girl working the back looked at me and said nothing. I had just placed an order- a $34.00 order and am here to pick-up. One girl comes out and says hi and then what can I do for you I informed her I had ordered via the app she goes in the back tells her I am here and then she says I am working in it!? A pizza and an order cheese sticks and a sandwich I ordered over 51 minutes ago not even cooked or in the over. The pizza was down and sitting there? Wings not well done sitting on the over end getting cold? This girl working didn’t even care or see anything wrong with it. Please go work someone else you are being lazy and not wanting to pay attention to the order of someone’s food is very scary to me! Was sure what it was I had even ordered and the timing is horrendous. The attitude even worse! The girl that came threw her hands in the air and said I just got here I have nothing to do with this. All I did was ask why has taken that long to prepare and cook food that should have been done already?? Lord I give up, am I asking to much?

Last visit, stopped in to get a breakfast pizza, which was really good. They do make tasty grab’n’go foods, and will fresh make you a variety of pizzas or other requests. Good fountain, coffee, a restroom is available. They are one of the few places that still has free air, although, at last visit, the air wasn’t working. Lottery sales, decent gas, and easy in/out from this location.

Inconvenience store. Pumps are ahead broken. Credit are machines are never working. Have to go inside if you want a receipt. I’ll change my rating when they get fixed.

Maybe I’ve come to expect too much from Casey’s but this was a really bad store. While I was there they messed up 3 people’s order/receipt and there was no pizza that was even remotely fresh. And there were flies all over the store which isn’t completely unexpected to have 1 or 2 in a store with doors that open often but there were too many flies in there.
