Frustrated by the lack of hours this store is open. We’re a college town and Casey’s has long been a favorite for grabbing a late pizza to get through an evening of studying. She was hateful to the other gentleman in the store as well. Why would you have the doors unlocked for people to come in if you are going to make them wait till 5 to ring them up. I’m leaving 2 stars because I love their pizza but was very disappointed in what I received tonight. I placed an online order to be delivered at my house and received it almost 30 minutes late than what the delivery time stated. I ordered a taco pizza and definitely did not receive one. I called FOUR times before someone finally answered the phone, and after telling them their mistake, the lady’s response on the phone was that she must have forgotten to put the toppings on the pizza but could have them deliver the toppings to me. I figured that would be a quicker solution than them having to make me a new pizza. Wrong. Waited another 30 minutes for the toppings. Now I am eating a very sad and cold pizza with toppings that fall off every time I take a bite.
