Pizza not all the way done. Depends on who’s working really. The manager is ride hateful and knows no customer support. She’s constantly selling the wrong style of smokes to people, and then once u realize when stepping to ur vehicle to depart that it’s the wrong flavor or style,u walk back in and she says tough luck.wont swap the mistaken menthol for the intended red,,,,same brand,same price, unopened still,and by her fault alone,and that’s that. There starting to lose our own regular customers they’ve had for years because of her rude attitude and awful personality. She needs replaced..hopefully soon

I would give them a zero if I had the option. Apparently they need to fix there app since they close the kitchen early even if they are still receiving orders. App says that kitchen closes at 10:30 I placed an order at 9:59. The app told me my order would be ready at 10:19. ( I used my Casey’s rewards on my online order as well). I go up to casey’s and go to the kitchen and a man tells me the kitchens closed ( 10:20 by the way so still ten minutes before the kitchen is supposed to close) so how long has it really been closed because I placed my order over 20 minutes ago. They had plenty of time to make my order before they closed. I’ve worked in food before and never have we even turned away someone who ordered five minutes before we closed. If you don’t want orders to come in 31 minutes before you close the kitchen which is plenty of time to make food btw then maybe you should fix your apps kitchen hours. And RETURN my Casey’s rewards that I just wasted on the food I ordered but didn’t get. Not to mention they are always out of cups and lids, registers are always down, they never have things in the warmer , always out of almost all fountain drinks… drinks in general, and when they have had three people in the past working in the kitchen I’ve waited 60 + minutes for my food after the 20 min pre time from the app and people also walked out because of this. Apparently this Casey’s needs some new management or workers. I’m not normally one to get angry with Casey’s I’m patient and kind when there having issues but tonight just crossed my line. UNACCEPTABLE!. I would like my Casey’s rewards back. Thanks.

Food has been horrible lately. Their cash registers are hit and miss, as well as their gas pumps. And if you get there 45 minutes after they open, they don’t have cash in their registers to conduct sales. Now I know, most the time, just use your debit card, I get it, if there card reader is working, but no cash in the drawers seems a bit odd.

Just order a pizza which was half and half. Half meat lover and half Hawaiian and this time the pizza was bad. So much grease and when you picked up a slice EVERYTHING fell off and the dough was undercooked. Tried out the new delivery which was good if only the pizza was not bad. I just had the same order last week and the pizza was fine no clue what is going on in that store tonight but it looks like I will driving into Marshall for some Dominion Pizza which I have NEVER gotten a bad soggy, topping falling off pizza from them. The Casey Store in Slater did not even know how to give a refund. They need to train their employee better they had to call up an off duty manger to assist them. I normally love the food in Slater but if things does not improve it will be a long time before I go back. I will order another pizza from this store and if I get another undercooked topping falling off pizza I will done.

I travel to Slater, Mo. often for work, and stop at this location often. This Casey’s location always seems to be clean and I’m greeted upon entery each and every time by the clerk on duty. You’ll probably have to go into the store to get a fuel receipt, if your needing one for your fuel purchase. But all in all, it seems to be safe, clean, and convenient to get in and out in a hurry.

Who do we call about this Casey’s? It’s fairly new, the gas pumps are always out of receipt paper and half of them don’t work. It forces people to go inside to get a receipt. I’ve asked nicely about this issue but it’s never gotten better, just worse.

For the people working bf430-5 I believe there breakfast service stinks. There are 2 ppl in there and I’d say 97% of time they don’t have donuts ready or any pizzas or sandwiches. Not cool! Plus unless u know an insider they don’t hire like other places. I’ve applied there numerous times and never even got a interview. Also this store sells phone cards but why can’t anyone pay for them with check. Pretty inconvenient if u ask me. Customer service for a cpl of employees isn’t very professional.

Slater store fountain soda is always nasty! And I was just over charged for 2 medium drinks that I can’t even drink! Would have gone back but I’m traveling and couldn’t go back! I am not happy at all! I would have given no star’s if it was a option!
