Employees are treated poorly and are only allowed breaks with managements ok. They are not given breaks according to Missouri law. The employees are also, spoken to in a sarcastic manner and in expected to say nothing to diffend their self or they called confrontational. Yesterday I only had two 10 minutes breaks in 7 hours. Today, I was gave 1 ten minute break in 5 hours. I went on break at 10 for ten minutes. I was then handed a laptop and asked to do over 15 videos. I asked to go on break around 12 and was told no that I couldn’t because, I had to get training videos done. She informed me I was to start them yesterday well I wasn’t I informed of the videos yesterday. I glad you walked me out woman I would not put up with the way you speak to your employees and how they are treated.

I ordered Pizza at 12:45 today for pickup time of 5:45 pm I show up to get my pizza and they are just starting to make it! So I get to sit and wait for 15 minute for it to be ready. They don’t offer a discount or anything. Very disappointed when I order something for a certain time thats when I want it!

We always stop here on our 3 1/2 hour trip back home and to my mom’s, which is usually 2 times a month. They are normally really nice, however, this time I had a personal issue that required help in the restroom and my fiancé, also a woman, went in with me to help me. When we came out the normal lady who is always working when we come through was outside the bathroom waiting to clean it as well as another customer to use it. Well, after cleaning the restroom she approached us and told us that it is not allowed to have a male and a female in the same stall and that it is a single stall and only one person is allowed in at a time. I then explained the issue I was having and she still was not happy about it. I stated that I am a female as well as my fiancé is too. She then reiterated that it is for single person use and then proceeded to talk to the customer waiting for his pizza and continued to say to him we were in the same stall and I believe she said we were children, I am 24 and she is 21. Then continued to talk smack about us to said customer waiting for his pizza. I then put my chips back down and we walked out. If I could ever give this place negative stars, I would.

We come here frequently, usually without issue. However, this time my fiancé, also a woman, had a medical issue that required help in the restroom, so I went in as well. We were in there maybe 5 minutes. The worker and another lady was waiting outside. After cleaning the restroom the worker approached us and told us in a rude tone that it is not allowed to have a male and a female in the same stall and that it is a single stall and only one person is allowed in at a time. We then explained there was a medical issue as the reasoning, and she still was not professional about it. We both stated that we are both female. She then reiterated that it is for single person use and then proceeded to talk to the customer waiting for his pizza about us. She continued to behave and talk unprofessionalally about us to said customer waiting for his pizza. She was talking negatively about us to this customer right in front of us. We then quickly left as it was clear we were not the safest there. So, definitely NOT LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Poor and unprofessional service. We occasionally eat here for breakfast but chose to try the “Wing Wednesday” promotion. I placed an online carryout order at 3:29pm. The order had an expected prep time of 20 minutes. We arrived at 3:50 pm. None of the employees acknowledged our existence. I then asked one of the kitchen staff about our order. She hadn’t said a work and just pointed to the other worker further into the kitchen. We then got no response from her either. Our pizza came out of the oven nearly 10 minutes later. It was then boxed and sat to the side. The rest of the order was then prepped and sat to the side. We stood there for 10 more minutes as they changed the trash and prepped cookies while our order sat on the oven. We eventually got our order 20 minutes past the expected time. We weren’t told to have a good day or even told to go pay. The coordination between the cashier and kitchen was concerning. Rather than walking out with our potentially free food we payed as the kitchen worker began bickering with our cashier. Definitely would have chosen somewhere else if I had expected this service.
