We normally order pizzas once a week from Richland s Casey’s, but after tonight we will no longer order anything from this establishment. The pizzas we ordered were all chopped up as if someone decided to cut the pizzas up in whatever direction they wanted to. I returned the pizzas and asked what had happened and the cooks just looked at me ,I then asked can’t we get a better service than this and they stated no you can’t. As I was walking out I stated that I was reporting this to hcorporate and they stated go ahead have a nice day. Is this how you want your company name represented??. I am totally disgusted with your facility and am no longer a customer for any service you have.

I often stop at the Richland Casey’s on my way through from the lake to Waynesville. Great stop for breakfast and coffee. I am now rethinking my place to stop. I was in for my usual coffee Thursday morning, the 19th of January. This was an extremely uncomfortable visit and I was about to walk out. There was a staff meeting of some sort happening behind the sandwich counter. The woman conducting the meeting was loud, rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional in the manner in which she was speaking to the employees. I was not the only customer in the store who was uncomfortable and looking at the spectacle this “manager” was creating. If this is how Casey’s treats their employees then I will no longer be one of their customers. All people regardless of their position in the Casey’s franchise deserve to be treated with respect.

We ordered 2 large pizzas today. We had always got good , extra cheesy pizzas before. Today our pizzas hardly had any cheese. And the crust was thin and tough. They were terrible. We were very upset and disappointed.

I ordered two medium pizzas on 7/21. I wasn’t looking forward to the experience as the last time we ordered they told my husband that they “ran out of paper” and didn’t realize they had an order until he was asking about our pizzas to pickup.

Tonight I tried to order a sandwich. Multiple employees are standing around the pizza door and counter. Laughing cussing and carrying on but never paid attention to me. Even when I asked for some assistance. It’s been this way for a while now. Won’t be back.

Quality has went way downhill since new management. Also the store manager loves to start drama and talk trash to other customers about former employees and from what I here doesn’t treat her current employees very well either. Not very professional conduct. Not a very friendly atmosphere.

The person who works in the morning is insanely slow at the register and has been for months. One of the women who work in the afternoon is by far the single rudest cashier I’ve ever come into contact with, so much so that if she’s there, I turn around and leave.
