Came in last night to get some food and had to wait 15 minutes for the cook and then she had the audacity to tell me to “hurry it up!” When I was trying to order. I’ve never had someone be so rude to me at a store even though the cashiers at Casey’s and the other cooks are always nice to me. B**** is lucky I go to anger management bc this could have been a very different ordeal.

This is the worst place for rudeness to customers, unless they are your ‘buddy’, otherwise you are S.O.L. to be treated without complete rudeness and unprofessionally! I swear the one employee I saw running around from the coffeemaker to behind the cashier desk to the backroom several times was on crack! Didn’t matter there was a line of customers waiting, she never gave an explanation that she would be right with any of us, just kept running to the backroom and disappearing. Waited in an ever increasing line about 5 minutes before she again headed to the backroom when I simply decided to leave and exclaimed, “Screw this”! About 5 or 6 other people to the hint and did the exact same thing and followed me out the door. The ONLY way this place stays in business is because it’s the ONLY place open in Aurora at night! I drove all the way to Monett instead. I’d rather drive the 30+ mile round trip than give the place my business, money, and waste of time, especially when everything is so overpriced! Even the gasoline here is always the most expensive. That’s why I go to RAPID ROBERTS instead!

This place is horrible! Four employees working, one register working, can’t use your debit card for last 2 weeks! Service is slow because ALL the cashiers are holding conversations regardless of the amount of people waiting in line! There’s no management in this store! The prices are 1.5 to 2 times as expensive compared to other places in Aurora.

Terrible customer service from redhead working the pizza section on 12/25/18 around 9pm. Harassing customers and being absolutely belligerent. This woman argued with an entire line (8-12 people) of customers. Incredibly disgusting display of The Casey’s brand. The woman who was working the register couldn’t have been more cordial. It is unfortunate the younger redhead had to be such an ostentatious, lemon of a person. Otherwise I would’ve given this place 5 stars no problem. Fire this woman who cant even make a decent tasting gas station pizza and treats customers like criminals.

Got two specialty pizzas before noon.. Already paid for. Got home to eat with my family, the worst pizza ever. Litterally no crust on the meat galore. Ypu go to pick it up and everything galling off, even the cheese dont stay on the pizza. The other pizza was a supreme, filled with onions pepers and black olives. Barly any cheese. With cheese and crust combines there was more onions and peppers on two slices than there was cheese and crust on the entire pizza. The worst pizza ive ever got in my life. Red head cook. November 16
