I stood inside the store for almost 2 hours waiting on pizza order. I totally understand she was backed up with so many orders but I was very unhappy about the wait time. It was just her by her self I believe they need more kitchen employees. The pizza was definitely greasy and the sandwich we had ordered was not toasted when requested. There were no pizzas in the warmer and had at least 2 customers walk out not wanting their orders.. I felt so bad for the employee having no help so it isnt her fault at all. I also would like to mention.. Put a estimated wait time on the app..

Mariah seems to be the most level headed one there. Plus her food always taste the best when ordered while she’s working. Always friendly an happy to help. Definitely need more of her around there!

I normally enjoy dealing with Casey’s but it seems they are having too many issues in regard to applying the reward points to customers accounts. It use to take about 24 or so hours. I have not received points from several weeks ago in different transactions.

Easy location to get in and out of. Very clean store and restrooms. There was no pizza available by slice when I went in, but think they were making some. The lady behind counter was pretty amazing. I have worked convenience store before and she rocked. She had pretty good line, so she opened up second register by herself and was bouncing back and forth. Knocked line out probably faster than two cashiers would have. Great job! This was on Sunday 1/17 around 1.

This review is for the pizza. The employees that I have interacted with are great. I have been a consumer of Casey’s pizza for decades and it used to be great. A few years ago they changed the cheese and it is now only okay. My favorite has always been the taco pizza which was only mildly affected by the cheese change. The past two times I have ordered the taco, the toppings we’re greatly diminished. When I asked about it, I was told that it is at the manager’s request and it would not be remedied. I will share the photos of the last two taco pizzas I got. Please note that I do not eat them with meat or tomatoes and the lack of those is no reflection on the store.
