Only partial instructions got read. Paid more for some extras, that I didn’t get, on an order. After I called, it was too much hassle for the small amount of extras we paid for and told them to forget it. It looks like they canceled the order, so I do appreciate it, but it was more than needed to be done. Just wanted money back for what I didn’t get, and for people to read instructions and follow them.

Very rude and unprofessional manager at this location. I was rung up wrong and realized it as I handed the cashier $10. Manager said she would void out the sale and re ring my 2 drinks. She handed me $7 and some change instead of the $10 that I had given them. When I questioned why she said that’s what the computer said. After going back and forth over where the rest of the 10 was I was asked to leave the store! I left the store without receiving the balance of the money I was owed. She made absolutely no attempt to understand the situation. I left without receiving the amount I was owed.

Nothing works at this location, the recipe printers at the pump always broken, almost every employee is a tweeker, the rest are rude. Regret every time I go I. This location and actually feel it should be shut down

Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time! Cashier mumbled something like ‘Have a nice night’ the instantly greeted someone. Didn’t offer me a receipt or anything, so once my card completed I asked if I’m good and she extremely rudely says ‘like I said, have a nice night’ and she complained to the next customer because they put their card in too early. No reason for such bad customer service.

Ive have given them good reviews. They have changed great people with people whom have no personality. Just garbage woke personnel. They still have good friendly folks here, yet you will need to learn their schedules of work. Still patronize them, just the customer service is all over the place. The pizzas and foot long sandwiches are great if the young man is working the shift when you buy. Good, not personable as it has been.
