Every time we order a pizza the wait time says 25 mins or so and ends up being an hour or so. It would be faster just to drive to ozark and sit down somewhere to eat. The people who are cooking always seem confused and annoyed that you’re even there.

I’ll give them two stars instead of one because corporate resolved an issue for me in regards to undercooked and overcooked pizza. Otherwise, they deserve one star because the manager and her employees are rude and inconsiderate toward others. Poor quality on the sub station as well. They don’t even know how to make a sandwich properly. I avoid going inside the store as much as possible these days and grin and bare it that I must get gas here from time to time. Fear of food poisoning from this store has lead us to discover that Godfather’s pizza in Ozark, MO delivers to Sparta!

I’m Givin all Casey’s 1 star…. no Styrofoam drinkin cups…..delivery trucks are 4 and 5 days late…. always outta drinkin water in bottles…. and that eva they out of don’t expect them to have it fo least 3 to 5 days….. low Key… Casey’s is just in the way…. I hadn’t even gotten to their poor quality of gas…

Was at the Casey’s in Sparta mo this last Wednesday 4/8/21 just before 2pm they had all the equipment moved away from the wall cleaning behind all the equipment and cleaning the ceiling tile and air vents above the Pizza Prep area. And ONLY 1 guy cooking who was getting yelled at orreprimanded in front of everyone bc there was no pizza in the warmer. By 2 different women Ik that one was the store manager and the other was the area supervisor. REALLY I WAS GLAD he DIDNT make anything. bc there was dust falling from the ceiling tiles and air vents by numerous others cleaning scrubbing it down. Idk y this was not done during the overnight hrs. there was 2 at register. And only 1 working in the kitchen. This is how it goes in that kitchen all the time. There’s never enough people working in the kitchen . I really don’t know why they don’t hire more people.

Worked here for almost a yr until i took an opportunity in arkansas. I just started back again last week and I am pretty impressed with the new manager and the amount of team work and other co workers being willing to help. My main disappointment from previously working here was favoritism being shown to a few certain employees. I could do something and get wrote up or pulled in the office but another could do the same or worse and nothing ever be said. Im very happy with the new manager!!

Our family loves Casey’s pizza. Whenever the kids are coming to visit….supper is usually Casey’s pizza. The only problem is that the wait time is almost always longer than stated. Guess that’s because so many people like their pizza.

I stopped in for gas on my way through town in early June to get gas. The next morning I checked my bank statemen and had 2 authorizations from this store. called my bank and they informed me that my card had been used twice, 10 hours after I had pumped gas, and made my way to Dallas. In a weeks worth of correspondence with the corporate offices and this location I have gotten conflicting info/details regarding the circumstances of the transaction and a whole lot of BS!
