This store is amazing the staff is super friendly now. Since they have a new kitchen manager the demeanor in the store has mad a complete turn around. Normally this Casey’s is great, but the last couple of times I have gone for pizza have been rough. The first time I ordered online, and when we got there at the time in the email they hadn’t made it, had to wait, and even after that they made the wrong order. So this text I called to see if that worked better, and the person who answered first hung up on me when I asked about delivery (even if delivery hadn’t started yet, the option for pickup wasn’t mentioned) and when I called back she was extremely rude about taking my order, like she was offended I still wanted pizza. They have had some turnover in staff lately, so be aware they aren’t what they used to be.

Worse service ever at Casey’s in Louisburg Ks. Ordered pizza at 6:15pm was told it would one hour until it would be deliver. Called store at 7:30 I was told they didn’t know it was to be delivered. They stated they would get it delivered soon received pizza at 8:52. Two and a half hours after ordering. Will never get pizza from this store again.
