We love Casey’s pizzas, but have been experiencing some horrible service lately at this location. At one point, the app listed all pizzas as “out of stock.” So we would call in our order. One time they called us back and stated the brisket was too frozen to make that pizza. Tonight, when the app was not working, we called and he said his computer was down. I went round and round with this young man about why the computer had anything to do with the oven. He said he couldn’t make a ticket, therefore he could place my order. I asked several times why he couldn’t write it down, make it and the cashier could ring it in under open food for the correct price. He refused to take my order but stated they still had individual pieces laid out. I ended going to another Casey’s and the manager at that location said they absolutely could have made my pizza and the cashier has the correct buttons and pricing at the register. It seems these younsters don’t want to work and take a simple cheese pizza order. Mind blowing. I’ll get my future orders at another location.

I tried Casey’s Pizza in SH after a long hiatus. It’s close by and easy to get to. We got the pizza home and the crust is so hard and didn’t taste very good. It’s a shame because Casey’s is one of my favorite places to order from. Very disappointed.

The pizza itself is great but 1) its useless to order online because their system shows all of their ingredients are out of stock and the employees have told me they have no idea how to fix it (its been like this for a month) and 2) the past 3 pizzas i have ordered in the last couple of weeks have atleast two inches of crust essentially making a large pizza into a small pizza with 2” of crust

The worst quality pizza in the area, but I guess it should be expected from gas station pizza. I could see this location closing in the next few years if they don’t change things. Especially now that QT opened up just down the road.

I have had to give up on this Casey’s. Most of the time they are not taking online orders. Then when the few times they been available for online orders I made the order, got to the location on time and then waited as long as 30 minutes to get the pizza after I got there.

We had a pizza order online with several regular crust Pizza’s and one gluten free crust. I went to pick up the pizza’s and they let me know that unfortunately they were out of the gluten free crust and were unable to fill that portion. However, they were more than generous to make up for the mishap and were very accommodating to try and make everyone happy.

I love Casey’s pizza, but I’m becoming more and more disappointed. I ordered a Taco Pizza because many of their other ingredients have not been available for weeks (ham, Canadian Bacon, green peppers). After waiting an hour I picked up my pizza and got home to have no lettuce, tomato’s, salsa, or chips on it. I called and was told it was probably a communication issue and they would make me another at no cost, but why would I wait another hour? I would have driven back across town to have the toppings added, but that wasn’t offered. Very disappointed!

under stocked in the store. around the fountains are dirty every time we go there we just recently stopped going there.the only time i go there is if im about out of gas and i go there for my fountain my mothers diet Pepsi fountains taste like dr pepper all the time think you need to get a different tube replacement for it no fault of any one just letting you know …on other note my fountain taste really good better then quick trips 🙂 . customer service is good. though i drove up the other night to get gas there were a group of kids including employee smoking in the front of the door i was having breathing problems that day with my asthma so i had to go to quick trip cant breath that stuff in when my asthma is flared like that . sure the under stock is caused by no fault of any one i do like going there but going to take a temporary brake from there thank you 🙂

Definitely the worst Casey’s of all time. They never have stock of ANYTHING. The staff barely acknowledges your existence and are rude. For this being the closest gas station to our home, we consistently drive past it to go elsewhere because it’s always a let down. For being a well known gas station that typically competes closely with Quiktrip, it won’t be a shock if this one doesn’t survive when Quiktrip goes in down the street.

The Casey’s chain is usually my “go to” if I am pressed for time and need a quick bite. I have attempted a stop at least ten times in the last year only to turn around and walk out. During my stops the drink selections were extremely limited, no hot food available, no sandwiches available, the help is outside taking a break, the computers are down, and the last time I stopped it was cash only.
