I tried to order from Casey’s tonight, and since the app wasn’t working, I tried calling. Their kitchen doesn’t close until 9 and I tried calling at 8:30 and the phone rang forever. On the 3rd time calling, at 8:45 someone finally answered and was very rude. Wouldn’t let me speak to anyone else, and told me there was no time to make an order, and when I asked to ask and see, she just sighed and hung up on me, and would not answer the phone when I called back. Will definitely call and speak to a manager tomorrow.

Pizza order that took 15 min to order and 30 min to make. The girl that was doing food service moved very slowly on filling orders, had no efficiency of motion when working and slowly crossed back and forth across the area before ever beginning preparation of any food orders. The place to Order the pizza was not clearly identified and we spent time waiting as the three employees seemed to be lost in their own world and had terrible communication with each other and the customers. Employees responded when spoken to, but were unsure of their answers even after consulting with each other and never addressed customers to provide any greetings or assistance.

We drive twice as far to get pizza and other food from this Casey’s because they do such a good job and are always friendly. Hands down my favorite Casey’s is in Burlingame and way better pizza than Gambino’s at half the price! The subs and wraps are great too!

Just about the only option for basic supplys since this the only convenience store in a small town. Prices for goods are high but what are ya going to do? We dont even have a grocery store anymore. The pizza is good in my opinion. I have never gotten sick from it like a previous reviewer had stated. Staff is always nice, friendly, and always willing to help. Great customer service! If there was a second gas station in Burlingame I would still give Casey’s General Store my business.
