Stopped here for gas and a quick snack. When got in line to pay the cashier had a dog that she was holding and playing with behind the register while she was just “chit chatting” with the customer (apparently her mother). There was 1 person ahead of us and 2 behind us. Even though the cashier was nice; but, we had somewhere to be and she had no since of urgency and I thought it was very unprofessional to have a dog behind the counter . I would think that would be some sort of health code violation since the dog was resting on the counter potentially??? Anyway, someone needs to tell her that she needs to not worry about playing with a dog and talking to her mom/ friend/ whoever it was and wait on the customers in line.

We love Casey’s General Stores! This location did not live up to our expectations, though. The facilities and grounds were relatively clean. The towels were out in the restroom, the squeegees were out of water at our gas pump, and there were 7 things out of order in the drink area, including the ice cream machine. ?!?!?!? We got some snacks and coffee, which is always awesome at Casey’s!

I ordered two pizzas on your app. It said it would be ready to pick-up at 6:04 pm got there they had no record of me ordering it. They got real rude about it had to make them look at my phone to prove I ordered from that store. This the third time this has happened at this location. The last three times I’ve gotten gas the pumps ha e been out of receipt paper. This is at the ft scott location.

I have ordered pizza from this store twice. Both times they have said it will be ready in 20 minutes. When I get there in 25 minutes they have not even started the order. This time there there were NO Pizzas in the oven. THE ORDER WAS JUST SITTING THERE NOT STARTED! So Here I Sit In the stinking parking lot for 30 minutes! NEVER AGAIN!

It was our first time going there and we had just stopped to get gas and maybe snacks or whatever because we were headed back to Texas all the way from Wisconsin and we stopped and got their pizza and we had pizza all over the US and there’s was the best we’ve ever had it wasn’t greasy was fresh ingredients made right in front of us if you get a chance stop there and you won’t regret it.

Always a pleasure and relief getting to ft scott caseys from olathe ks. A needed restroom break, Always a caseys pizza or 2,a couple scratch off tickets AND a caseys coffee ☕️! The people are much friendlier both in the store and out compared to olathe, Johnson co. ….Then just 40 more minute ride and wife and I are visiting daughter and grandkids in oronogo mo.

The reason to stop at Casey’s is they are typically clean, well run shops for gasoline and snacks. Not so much the Ft. Scott location. Half the pumps were out of service. The urinal in the men’s room was also not functioning. No paper hand towels in the men’s room (my wife noted the same issue in the women’s room). Some of the fountain drinks were out of service, but the ginger ale was “working”. We should have checked before we left, because once on the road it turned out to taste like straight carbonated water.

The food is amazing. I love their pizza, even though sometimes the cheese likes to slide around. What matters is the taste and its great. It can get super busy there though. Especially if you want gas, but I think most gas stations on that highway though there get way to busy at times. Doesn’t help the city keeps tearing up the road either.
