I’ve been disappointed with this Casey’s location. I travel though out Kansas & Missouri. The last few times I have stopped here. The trash at the pumps are full. The windshield fuild was full this time but the squeegee needed to be replaced. Going inside, the soap in the men’s was empty.

The young man and short chubby lady that worked at pizza counter were rude. I waited to order and watched a young man making a pizza and not acknowledge me. I left to use restroom and my husband took my place and he was still making the same pizza when I left!! Well he stopped making that one pizza when he saw a man get in line behind us and asked how he could help them!! Then the woman was just standing by the office door looking at paperwork hanging on door, did NOT even acknowledge us! When she noticed me taking a picture, then she finally tried to take my order. She was rude and short with her replies. Both my husband and I decided to eat elsewhere.

Do not order delivery! No accountability! You order pizza you may or may not receive it! Manager and staff could care less and are very unhelpful! Save your money and go somewhere else. You could get what you ordered or you could just give them money and receive nothing! This Casey’s is the worst!

They get 2 stars for a clean bathroom. The clerk/manager was rude when I asked about coffee. They don’t have coffee after 8pm. It was 9p and the store is open at least until 10p. I was told if I wanted coffee I should come before 8p. We were driving through so not an option to plan that, we just wanted coffee for our long drive. This is not typical for our experiences at a Casey’s.

Went in for breakfast burrito for husband and me. He watched it being made. Was wrapped, sealed. Everything in it was cold. Cheese, eggs, meat, potatoes. We each had 2 bites. Threw rest away. Still needed breakfast. Went in for apple fritter. Doughnut case wasn’t clearly marked, got cherry fritter A VERY dry, hard old cherry fritter. Threw that away fortunately it was just one pastry. McDonald’s made our breakfast this morning. It has to be bad when my Dutch husband won’t eat it anyway. Won’t be doing ordering food from ANY Casey’s. Wasted money. Coffee was good. Everything else not.

Not very clean, the bathroom is dirty, no one has cleaned it, swept, scrubed, etc. Toilet is funky, one stall is closed, out of order. Floors throughout are dirty. Scared to eat the food! Non friendly! Hum
