Around 1:45p I went inside to get a drink and pizza and as the lady in the back was cutting pizza she was using her hands without gloves on. I also saw her put something in her mouth then continued cutting and touching the pizza with her hands. She was also touching the counter space and her clothes. After she was done she went straight to a note book and did not wash her hands.. this is my first time ever seeing this here. It quickly changed my mind and I got a drink only.

The two ladies working tonight are very rude to people and the one needs to retire or go work in a morgue her attitude is about as dry as dry creek my family and I were in there a little while before we went back to get our pizza and breadsticks and the same two ladies watched our every move like we were going to steal something we go in there a lot and the older lady has always been rude to us she also kept sticking the food order in my face

4-20-22 Update: Miranda needs to take her job serious and become a manager! AGAIN AS USUAL WE ordered our pizza from Hays so we can stop on our way home and pick it up. GUESS WHAT, IT WASN’T DONE AS USUAL, THIS IS SO TYPICAL OF This store. HERE’S A CLUE IF I WANTED TO WAIT 10-15 MIN FOR MY PIZZA I WOULD ORDER THE PIZZA AT ANY OF THE LOCATIONS IN HAYS!!! Don’t know how the pizza is, and don’t care. Got detoured from Hays, and ended up here with nowhere to park, and no time on my clock. The clerk was super nice, and allowed me to park in their lot for the night. Store was clean, parking lot was clean. I slept good, and was on my way in the AM. Thanks guys…..

Usually the pizza from here is good but every time lately that we have ordered a pepperoni pizza, we open the box to what looks like a cheese pizza. Only to when we take a bite, we realize they put the pepperoni under the cheese. This is like the 3rd time it’s happened. The first time we called and they said it was cause they were still training which is understandable but that was 3 months ago and it’s still happening. Get it together already. It may have everything on it but the pepperoni is under cooked hence why it’s supposed to go on top to begin with lmfaoo

one of the reasons I hate going to Casey’s is I can never get my receipt out of the gas pump it is always empty never filled up water trots never filled up you always have to go inside and then they act like it’s a bother to give you a receipt
