This place is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. I would have taken a picture of the moldy ice cream machine but you get the picture.. The owner or management really needs to step up their game or hire employees that care. Very unfortunate.

The manager, Amy, is absolutely terrible. Not only to customers but to the employees as well. She is lazy, she literally will listen to the phone ring multiple times and will not answer it. She barks orders at the employees who are already very busy. When a customer has a complaint, her response is “go to another caseys”. She also smokes right in front of the front doors.

I haven’t had any pizza issues the few times I have come here. But it is getting really frustrating that every time I get gas, the pump does not give a receipt. Every time! I saw another post dating back 3 years ago stating the same issue.

Up until a year or so ago, i came to this gas station almost every single morning. I moved to another part of town but my family still lives her and my kids still go to school here so i still stop occasionally. Lately though, and this is all casey’s, not just this one, there is never anything in stock, i walk in and the drinks are sparse never full. There is minimal product on the shelves. The kitchen was still ok because i like their pizza however tonight i pulled in and called to place an order and literally watched the manager stand at the counter while the phone rang and rang and rang. I called 6 or 7 times and each time it rang until i got a busy signal. I think that was the last straw for me. As i sat and watched the person just stand there.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and I got a large beef pizza. I also had a coupon for a free pizza and got charged for it after scanning the coupon. Cashier fixed it after I explained to him how to (I work at Casey’s too btw)

Went to pick up my 3 pizzas and was told they weren’t made became they only had 2 employees working. Very disappointed that I couldn’t get notified before I drove all the way to the store.

Wanted a cappuccino, the machine was out of every flavor. I brought it up and the manager said “oh that’s because it must be out”. If only there were someone working there that knew how to refill it I guess. This is why Buckys WA so much better than caseys. Buckys should be the one around and caseys should have been bought out.

Worst pizzas I have ever gotten from a Casey’s ! One pizza undercooked and the other had cheese off the pizza when delivered ! Called the store and employee lied about being the manager ! Told me he couldn’t do anything for me ! Really horrible customer service ! Hope a real manager takes the time to do their job and take ownership of a service they offer (Christian shouldn’t have a job ! ) called back and was lied to again ! Theft of service ! Don’t waste your time !
