Very upset with the experience I had tonight. We, me and my crew, pulled up to the store 7 minutes before closing. There were only 2 of us were goin in, only about 3 people in the store. They closed and locked the doors at 7 minutes till closing as we started walking to the door. I am not sure why why close 7 minutes early when it’s not busy and not open 24/7, and this is the only Casey’s conveniently on 281. After we went across the street to PNP they still had the lights on at 1am.. just confused and upset for the 1st time with this Casey’s.

Waited in line with a woman in front of me. There were customers who couldn’t speak English getting a large amount of lottery tickets. There were 2 employees who walked off. One left the store. I’m assuming his shift had ended. The other female left while there was 4 people in line. She came back after 10 minutes and asked to help the next person in line. A customer walked up to her and she waited on them as apposed to to us that had been standing in line for the last 8 minutes. The customer in front of me left and went to pump and pantry to do our business. I will never shop at a Casey’s again!

Attempted to get fuel by paying at the pump with a card at about 7pm 10/24/21. An employee BOB W, black mini cooper, cancelled three transactions in a row from inside the store for no reason, without provocation, or any contact. I have video of the third attempt and submitted it to corporate. I spend over $15,000 per year at Casey’s throughout Nebraska. Other, non-Casey’s locations will appreciate my money.

Strangely enough, for being a convenience store, it has delicious pizza. Breakfast pizza is good as well as regular pizza. however, sometimes in the morning when I am in a rush, they still don’t have the pizza ready or cannot keep up if people are getting slices of breakfast pizza to go. I like the option of being able to buy slices of pizza instead of the whole pizza.

Out of all the gas stations here in grand island I prefer to only use this Casey’s. Nothing against the other stations this one just always had friendly staff and I don’t have to pay at the pump I can pump gas and then go in and pay in case I need/want anything else. Also it always looks clean when ever I am in the store.
