I stopped in to pick up a 2 l of soda pop which was mountain dew. The price stated $2 and $0.25 for the 2 l. When I went to the front desk it rang up over $3. The manager named Dan told me that it was because Pepsi and Coke had not changed the price tags. I told him that they should honor the price advertised and he said it’s not his problem. Then he began to make fun of me. Pricing incorrectly is a reflection on Casey’s business as a whole and it shows me that they are not to be trusted. Dan was very rude and I don’t know how he was ever made manager. Thank you

Wonderful service and great food. Love the current staff. Except for the current manager. Don’t know her name, but she’s mean. Very unprofessional. Screams at crew in front of customers. Then just stands around or just sits in her little closet office. Very uncomfortable to be around. I’ve dropped two stars because of her.

One cashier was out here on a smoke break leaving the other cashier inside who can’t seem to pull herself away from chatting with a customer to press the button to allow us to pump gas. This is the 2nd time I’ve had to walk in after waiting outside trying to pay at the pump in an effort to actually avoid going inside because it’s been a long day at work and I appreciate the ability to pay at the pump. I wouldn’t say anything, but it’s happened twice now and it’s gotten old.

So I lost my ID a while ago and Halle and Dan had kept it nice and safe for me. The minute I showed up Dan had already pulled out the register having my ID ready for me. I’ve been to a lot of gas stations and a lot of different Casey’s and by far this store is the best one not only do they have a solid staff outside of the staff shortage that everyone’s been dealing with. But they really have a family orientated operation going on here. I’d recommend driving by there every day rinky-dink Casey’s and come to this one instead. They’re not gonna let you down the food is always fresh and the service is always excellent. And they got your back in case you make a mistake like leave your ID on the counter . What more could you ask for from a corner store

To the cashier or manager that works at the casey’s on Hudson, she was unbelievably rude to me and made me feel completely uncomfortable. I just went in there to buy a few things and to cash in my lottery ticket. I’ve NEVER had I problem with cashing in scratch off tickets here until now. I had a $200 winning scratch off ticket and told her I wanted to pay for my things with that and she proceeded to be very rude to me and said that she can only cash it if she has enough money and I just said “ok” and waited for her to count her money. The entire time she was moving my things around hostility slammed my ID on the counter and said very risky, ” you need to let us know next time when you have a winning ticket this large because now we don’t have any money”. She made me feel like it was my fault. I would have gladly went somewhere else and I even told her that. But then she said that I now HAD to cash it there. After she gave me the cash she looked at the other employee and said “now the store is all out of money, so make sure you tell customers that we will not cash out winning tickets”. She obviously said that in attempt to hurt my feelings or make me feel like it was my fault. In my opinion, no employee should be aloud to make customers feel uncomfortable or make them feel like store issues is the customers fault. I just walked out of there with out saying anything because I was just completely embarrassed with how she was treating me and talking to me. I usually go to this gas station almost every night/ day. Now this store has lost me as a customer because I will never feel comfortable going in there again. Employees that treat their customers poorly should not be employed there. I was having a good day until I dealt with that woman. She had no reason to treat me so poorly. I will never go to this gas station again. She should be fired.

Who ever the cashier is at the Rogers location on Hudson and Dixieland today, around 4:30pm on 12/29, needs to be trained on customer service or moved to the back where she belongs. I believe you all are most definitely losing business to this lady’s attitude toward customers! She was rude to the woman in front of me and then proceeded to be so short and rude seeming with myself, a customer relations manager for 10 years, that I grabbed my bag and walked away without a “have a good day” or a “thank you” for her(which I would never do.) But it was very obvious She was not going to tell me Have a good day or anything of the sort, which in my opinion, should absolutely be said to every customer when you’re working and convenience stores, department stores, or really any business that serves the public. ❤️

All Casey’s in Rogers have pour management. Pizzy not work buying. Need more staff. Feel sorry for the people that have no choice in working there. Only friendly person I seen is a cashier named Shirley. You can tell they are not a team. I have stoped doing business with Casey’s.
