Every time I go to the Jenny Lind location. 2 registers, but only 1 cashier. Doesn’t matter the time of day. It’s noon. I just left the store. 2 employees standing in the aisle behind the registers and 1 cashier. Again, it’s noon at a very busy location. I even asked, “Why just 1 register in use?” Was told the other employees are busy at the moment. I’m busy at the moment myself, and would like to get out of the store in a timely manner. I have 1 brand of a drink I buy 99% of the time. A lot of the times I’m in there to buy this drink, it’s not in the dispensing portion of the cooler. I can clearly see it thru the cooler sitting on the stock shelves. In part because not only is my drink not in reach, but many are not, as they sit on the stock shelves out of reach. The fuel pumps are a whole other topic. Looks like mismanagement on every level. Or just a lack of care from store operations. Judging by how filthy the parking lot is. Probably sum it up to the insult called a wage, you pay your employees. Creating a morale problem followed by serious delegating failures and employee turnover rate of 100%.

Half of the gas pumps are broken/broken card reader. Even if you manage yo go to one working the pre authorization is like 150$ so if you don’t have at least 150 uou can’t get your 30$ in gas.

While waiting at the counter to check out for several minutes I had to locate the cashier who was standing in the pizza prep area talking and was told they were busy even after observing them leaning against the counter talking to another employee. Is even a meeting at 730 at night really more important than a customer.

Sorry out of service. Oh so you’re a place that’s supposed to sell fuel with no fuel available. How convenient.

Staff is like family! Always there with a smile. It’s like going to a place where they always know your name and glad you came. The best pizza ever. The pizza is the best in town. Especially the older lady Darlene she is the heart and soul at night. And the sweet old lady in the morning Ms. Bnnie she makes the best burritos. Always has food hot and ready!

There should be two cash registers operating during busy hours.
