I like Casey’s. Overall I prefer to stop there in any town, but it is embarrassing that this location only has ONE checkout counter that excepts cards. This has been going on for over three months now. This morning I counted a line of 18 people waiting to checkout, and it was almost the same amount of minutes for me to pay for my breakfast. The station was so clogged that noone could enter the front door without breaking between the checkout line. Management should be embarrassed. Can you not support your stores? Do you not care? 2 and almost 3 months with a broken card reader. When will you resolve this? This speaks volumes about how you treat your stores/employees/customers…

Went there a little before ten o’clock on 4-15-22. Cashier was on the phone the whole time. 3 employees were outside having a cigarette. And they didn’t have an item I was looking for but instead stocked another item in its place. I know the employees there don’t get paid much but cmon man!!

This place closes when it wants to. Hours were updated by the business 6 days ago and on weekends it said open till 12am. 11:05pm all lights were out. So we went to the next available station with more reliable hours.

They got everything a gas station needs plus some, the wide selection and the foods served semi-freshly made donuts and the fresh pizza make Casey’s closer to a walgreens grocery store w gas pumps out from. The reason Walgreens was with whom I compared Casey’s is mainly similarities in pricing, dollar general has slightly cheaper priced product for amount packaged yet they don’t just got more in each package but the price of 2 exactly alike candy bars the Dollar General tend to have slightly better prices. Although you probably aren’t getting gas at dollar general in most cases so the price pay for gas pumps conveniently place just outside is most often less than 15¢ price differential in chocolate bars.

They let me park my rig here overnight. It’s not easy to find places that will allow semis to park overnight. Bathrooms were clean and they actually had a few vegan snack choices other then peanuts, which I appreciated.

Pulled in at 4:40 AM and all lights for building and pumps were off. Posted hours show 4 AM is when they open. I went down the street to the other Casey’s and they also had all lights off and nobody inside… I don’t care when you open or close, but post the hours you actually plan to have someone working.

On the 25th day of January 2020, I stopped here to get something to eat and drink. I was greeted with smiles and greetings from the team of staff. Shannon the shift manager would stop whatever she was engaged in doing to come to the service of myself and other customers. She also proved to be very task friendly in placing the other team members in their duties. Ryan was also a great help in making sure that all the food was fresh and appealing. Carmen and Cheyenne where also diligent in their tasks at hand, never forgetting to engage every customer with a smile and positive attitudes. Even thou things where happening around them like the gas hose on pump 9 leaking the team stayed positive and did not panic. All in all the store was very very clean and was being maintained in its cleanliness. If you want to receive a positive welcome and out of this world’s customer service stop here. Get your gas, food, drink, free air for your tires, and an upper level of respect, as well as the greatest customer service in Barling Arkansas. Visit them and I sure you that you will walk away from the store in a much more positive note than what you had going in. This is Nathanael the Customer Service Guru. gas prices never reflect the sign. 4th time I’ve gotten gas here and paid more than the sign says. today it says premium is 2.47 and yet I paid 2.70 per gallon. last time the sign said it was 2.50 and I was charged 2.60. cashiers don’t have any control over this they say, why do they advertise a price at all if they aren’t going to honor it?
