Your employer Dalton refused any service to my aunt yesterday evening Jun 1st he was being hateful to her and told her he will call the cops if she doesn’t leave and she didn’t even do anything wrong she just walked in and the reason why he is acting like this is because his girlfriend broke up with him and so he doesn’t want to service my family what kind of employee can’t handle there emotions at work and handle every customer. He shouldn’t be able to refuse a customer even when it’s his ex family. That shows no respect for people and then threaten her with the cops when she didn’t do anything wrong.

This is a relatively new store to have almost NO properly functioning gas pumps. It’s getting really old that they never get fixed. This is one of the only Casey’s I’ve seen so run down.

This Casey’s has some of the most polite staff of the few gas station options around. I’ve actually avoided it lately though because of how long you have to stand in line. If I’m going to pay convenience store prices I expect convenience. I had a staff member actively avoid me for over 5 minutes. Until they get their day shift sorted out, it’s quicker to go elsewhere.

I came in into caseys at 11:40 and they told me that they were closedTheir website says they do not close till 12 and I know that they don’t close till 12 because I have a son that used to work there the two guys that where at the register where rude and hateful I stop there everyday on my way to work but won’t be anymore caseys is a horrible place to go

I stopped in for ice cream after I paid for my milk and ice cream sandwich I realized they had soft serve… Went and got soft serve. The cashier got hostile when I told him I had already paid for the other two items. Finally after I said I would pull up the purchase on my phone he said how I told him because I paid with a card he reprints the last recipt and just says my bad just go get out. I will not ever go back
