For a convenient store that is brand new this year, it is complete trash! I should have taken pictures of the lazy workers, the over flowing trash at every pump. It’s so bad the lids are off and you’d have to stand in trash to pump has at one! The brand new soda machine station is always sticky and gross. The air for you tire is already out of order. Caseys do something about this store!!

Came in to get gas and waited for the restroom. I tried to get in someone said hole on for the next 10 minutes an employee made me and another customer wait. Then when. I was done I went to the counter. I had 2 20s and a bag of change. The cashier Ashli was her name, would not accept my money. Then refused to make eye contact. I’ve worked at multiple gas stations and that’s usually when a cashier doesn’t want to count your change. I’m in Oklahoma, 500 miles away from home and I’m treated like this from visiting another state. Really inconvenient at a convince store when this is all I have and I need to make it back home..

Shoutout to the manager, John, for saving the day with a literal hair emergency. Lol. We are on a road trip and my daughter twirled up a comb and got it stuck in her hair. It almost ended in a tragic bang situation but John flew into action and snapped the comb and even untangled it for her.

Casey’s has taken over Kum and Go in Muskogee but honestly they are the same. I called for the first time for their brisket pizza they have been advertising and was met with a can I take your order and put on hold.. but instead of being put on hold the woman put the phone on the counter and kept repeatedly cursing about how busy it was. (Just FYI, I’ve worked at several convenient stores and this was just off-putting) When I got my single order pizza it was barely cooked and the toppings were sliding off the slices. Not to mention when I said thank you as I was finishing up my order she hung up on me. I will never order again. The horrendous service at the Sallisaw location where I had to leave my beverages because the clerk and a customer were arguing about food stamps in front of a line full of people only makes me realize this franchise is just trying to lure people in with grandeur but will always be a gas satation without the class they inspire to have. If the owner’s may happen to see this.. I’d rather go to Lil Caesar’s and spend more than half the price.

The jankiest of Casey’s. Stuff is ALWAYS broken. The card reader inside. The card readers at the pump. The tire air pump. The rewards system. It’s ridiculous. Every other gas station seems to keep the equipment running but not this one, and The staff is unfriendly and slow.

If you would like to be treated as an inconvenience instead of a customer then look no further. The two ladies working today had the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered at the store and the older lady has been here for a year or so. I stood over by the kitchen for 15 minutes waiting on an employee to acknowledge my existence and when the older lady walked back in from break she was on the phone or watching a video walked right past me even though she saw me, and said nothing. When I asked is there an employee that’s working in the kitchen the younger one copped an attitude. I literally have never had a good experience here I don’t understand how the employees who work here still have jobs.
