Seems like this place can’t get there act together. When they first opened it was great but now every time I go there the gas pumps don’t work or the credit card at the pumps are not working and you have to go inside and stand in line. People that work there act lazy and act like they don’t even want to go there. I recommend going down the road to the next gas station or store at least you can pay at the pump and all the pumps are working.

Paying at gas pump wouldn’t show up on bank statement. So thinking there must have been an issue I call to check and no answer for any of the *10 calls I made. Hopefully I don’t get overcharged or something. Guess we’ll find out. Phone call issue needs to be fixed

Good prices considering its a gas station. Food is always great. Their spicy sausage pizza is our favorite. And their new pink lemonade. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Make sure you sign up for the rewards because it is so worth it. The app is always giving you free items plus you get points every time you purchase something.

Usually a nice visit but about half the pumps aren’t working. The pumps that are working are extremely slow. Very congested traffic waiting to fill up. The staff however is always very nice and polite. Plus I like the Casey’s reward program. It is very convenient to use with the Casey’s phone app and they give away free things often.

Consistently poor customer service. Casey’s in Checotah has taken the convenience out of convenience store. Lines to check out get very long. I just left there after filling with gas. I tried to buy something to drink but the checkout line was ten people long.

This is where I get all my gas. I’ve never had a problem before, but here lately it’s been going down hill. The pumps never have receipt paper and they have been out of gas a lot lately. We are a small town, we should be keeping up better than that. I tell the staff when they are out of things and they say ok, but next time I’m in it’s not fixed. Come on Casey’s, get it together.
