This has to be the worst Casey’s in the system. I’ve been stopping by here for years, and it is always something. But the last few trips through here, it has been the worst. There’s always something broken not or not working and many times it stays that way for weeks. There are just too many other good places in McAlester to get gas and food without putting up with this. I don’t know if this is a corporate issue or a local management issue. I think I visited here my last time.

This place is always packed, which means lines are always long. They usually only have two people working registers, which isn’t enough. Expect a long wait time to check out. The bathrooms are very small here for such a busy facility. Cleanliness of restrooms can be hit or miss.

This place is gross. All of the bathroom stalls are littered with dirty toilet paper on the ground. None of the stalls has toilet paper except for one and the staff couldn’t even put it in the dispenser but just hung it on the door hook. How much lazier can you get? If you can, go anywhere else.

This is going to be a little different of a review. I didn’t get her name, but she had dark hair, and she was phenomenal. I accidentally locked my keys in the car along with my phone. She helped me call AAA so I could get someone to help me unlock my doors. She was kind and understanding, knowing I wasn’t from the area. She told me I could stay inside where it was cooler and offered me a chair while I waited 2 and half hours. Thank you to this young lady.

3 “stockers” talking and ignoring customers, one cashier left to deal with two sprawling lines of customers with things to do and places to be. Manager wasn’t around till later to notice. Bad service.

Food is great, service could be way better if the procedures to buy lottery tickets wasn’t so time consuming. Line was backing way up so I could buy 1 scratcher. Not a good place to get lunch if you are in a hurry.

1 hour and 20 mins for a large pizza and forgot the bread sticks and had to wait even longer WOW. COLD PIZZA AND HOT BREAD STICKS WITH WARM CHOCOLATE MILK
