There system will over charge you. Shows discounts being taken off but doesn’t subtract it from total. Manager was unhelpful and acted like she didn’t care at all. There was no “I am sorry let’s look into this” just blank stare and acted like she didn’t even walk to talk to me let alone help. Left paying the extra $20. Called Casey’s corporate office and was told DM would call me almost 4 weeks later still no call. Do not recommend stopping here.

I go to this Casey’s every morning nothing is ever working the few people that do work are great the rest just sit in the office on there phones half the stuff has hand written signs saying out of order because they are to lazy to refill what’s out and was told I can get my own cups there in the cabinet by Tammy with purple hair but only half the stuff works the older staff is great but the others are all ways sitting in the office playing on there phones it’s at the point now me and my friends will find some where else to go your managers need to pay more attention to there staff absolutely discussed at this point

Was given a promise time on food n when I got there at said promise time my food wasn’t even in the oven I wa told it would b bout 5 mins n after n additional 15 mins I finally got my food…..5/18/23 n addition to my previous review once again was given a time for my order to b ready n once again had to wait an additional 10 mins even after I was 5 mins late to pick up my order…..if the estimated time frame isn’t working then remove it from the website

I bought a couple of Mikes Hard Lemonade flavors, beneath a witch said two for $5 or 279 each. I was charged 650 for two or 379 each which it said on another row. I mentioned that to the clerk, the clerk said no I just did it myself you’re wrong I went and took a picture and proved I’m right. Probably still mislabeled, or mischarged. Also. Pizza better than Mazzios….

Waited 40 minutes for my food to be prepared when it was only supposed to take 20 minutes. I wasn’t even acknowledged or helped until I had been standing in the store for 10 minutes. There was another individual picking up food and the staff had completely misplaced his order so he had to wait even longer for his food to be prepared.

This particular Caseys is by far the BEST place to buy pizza in Spiro OK. The staff is friendly and I love the Caseys rewards points. They add up fast. The only thing I dont like here is the diet coke. Its always SUPER FOAMY when filling your cup and as weird as this may sound, it tastes the way ash trays smell. I get my drinks at EZ Mart now because of it and for the love of your own sanity, DO NOT buy drinks or food or anything else from the sonic in Spiro. There was hair in my ice…
