I can’t say enough good things about Casey’s. Everything is amazing. The food, the service, atmosphere, everything. If you love soul food & come to Wilmington, NC, you HAVE to go to Casey’s. If they don’t have what you want on the buffet, they’ll make a fresh batch just for you. Super nice staff that treat you like family. The only bad part about Casey’s is I need a nap & spandex pants as soon as I leave. You’re missing out if you don’t.

Very nice restaurant with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was great. Very flavorful (well-seasoned) and tasty. I don’t care for gravy but it looked so good on someone else’s plate I had to get some and it was as good as it looked. You can’t go wrong with any of the many varied buffet items so go on by and check them out! Food was so good I forgot to take pics of our full plates.

Great food and the staff was very accommodating. We arrived a little after 8pm, they close at 9pm. With that being said, the buffet was still full and they were more that willing to fix or stock items that were running low. It was the best buffet that I have eaten in a long time. Golden Corral has nothing on this place. It is a nice quaint place. Some people might call it a hole in the wall, but I call it the best homely and inviting place to eat at. The staff and owners make you feel like family.

After reading all the reviews we decided to try it out. The food options are off charts, some of them could have been hotter but still delicious. The desserts were awesome, peach cobbler was my favorite. Now to address the cleanliness issues stated in other reviews, yes the carpet needs replacing but other than that it’s like a good ole fashioned truck stop restaurant. If you like a large food options place this is a must do. Enjoy

I wish I took the picture of my first plate with that perfectly fried pork chop on it because…. GOT-TOW-MIGHTY! The food here is GOOOOD!!! Kool aid is popping and my lips were smacking. You need to try this place for yourself and wear something comfy because you’re going to loose your mind and restraint.

Not sure how some of these higher ratings justify the conditions of the restaurant. Carpets are gross. Witnessed wet and stained carpets that were ignored by staff. Drinks like tea that sits in a picture is left on a shelf just below and to the right of a hand washing station. Bathrooms are nasty and it doesn’t look like anyone sweeps during service so food is all over the floor. There is a reason the sanitation rating is only 90.

PHENOMENAL!! This is southern cooking at it’s finest. The buffet does not disappoint. Every item was cooked to perfection. The pork chops are not to be missed. Perfectly seasoned, crispy, and moist. Sweet potato pie soufflé was heavenly. Cabbage, mashed potatoes…it was all amazing.
