I was in Texas and found this adorable food truck with the best Mexican food I’ve ever tried. You can taste the authenticity of the food. Most importantly the love that’s put into the food. I knew I had to have more so I hired Casita Ruby to come to Southern California to cater her famous Birria tacos and they were hit. Coming from So Cal we are known for good Mexican food but I haven’t been able to find nothing like Casita Ruby’s Birria tacos they were just as good as I remembered. I can’t thank you enough for coming all the way from Texas to let us taste your amazing food. Our guests couldn’t get enough.

This food truck is a jewel out in the Hill Country on Nameless Rd. The food was over the top delicious! This was our first time to order and I did a take out. We will be going back and eat there next time to enjoy the food. The grounds are so inviting, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The two ladies, Ruby and her mom that run the food truck, are very sweet and so friendly. I have to say that this was some of the best Mexican food I have ever had! A wonderful experience!

OMG!! My husband and I discovered this little gem less than 5 minutes from our place. It’s out in the middle of the hill country and it is doomed to be the busiest Mexican restaurant out here when Trevisso boulevard opens to nameless road . Do yourself a favor and go there now and get acquainted with these folks before they blow up because they are truly diamonds in the rough!
