I remember a Pizza King in Clarksville Indiana with the little square cut pizza, so I figured I would order a delivery to my work. The funny thing is, I’m a truck driver so getting the timing down can be a little tricky. But as a former pizza delivery driver, I think I’m pretty good with the logistics and making sure the driver has enough information to locate me.

2 hr wait for pizza delivery…no calls..called them. One delivery person. Pizza obviously sat. COLD! Should have looked at it first. Wouldn’t have taken. A small discount because late…not edible and I’m not picky! Bad business. Would never do again! Traveling!

I am giving a one star I normally go to the one on verity parkway Middletown ohio they are always the best and are on point but this last time I spent 30 bucks on one pizza and one calzone it cost me 30 dollars got all the way home and to see our pizza and calzone was burnt way over cooked I love the lady that works there I think she may be a manager she is always so kinda and Professional I would give her a 5 star but the food a one star.this is burnt I’m sorry but I should have never had to pay 30 dollars for burnt food

I haven’t eaten a pizza from Cassano’s since I was a teenager, so last Saturday night, we decided to order a pizza and wings. It turns out they didn’t have a delivery driver scheduled that night. So, no big deal, I told the call center I would just go pick it up from the restaurant. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was told their was a five minute wait on the wings. Needless to say, it turned into a 25-minute wait. I asked for a different pizza because I knew that ours would be cold. That didn’t happen….they refused. Our pizza was cold by the time we got back home, but the wings were good. The next day, while checking my transactions, I noticed I had been charged twice for my order! Between the service and the pizza, I didn’t want to pay once, let alone twice.

I absolutely love cassano’s pizza!! Out of the 3 “Dayton” pizza’s this is number 1out of the 3 for me! The crust is salty and thin, edged to edge toppings, comes out HOT! give it a minute or you will burn your mouth.

We are big fans of Marions Piazza, so we wanted to check out Cassano’s to compare. Unfortunately, there was only 1 employee taking orders and preparing food. Not her fault! But the restaurant was not clean, and the bathroom was horrible. The atmosphere was nothing special. The pizza was too salty. We think the salt was in the crust. Sorry, but when we travel to Dayton area, it will be Marions for us. Hopefully, Cassano’s can take this review and try to be better. It’s a Cassano’s vs. Marion’s Thang! We all love a good pizza. It’s very similar, but it’s a matter of hot, good pizza and a fun experience.
