Cute clean little restaurant. The food was good and not too expensive. I would go back for that but……the waitress was just not friendly at all. She was not rude but not pleasant. She never came back to see if we needed anything. Not even once. She did not thank us for our business, nor asked us to come back, nor asked how the food was. What could have been a lovely lunch experience was not, because of the waitress. Needless to say, her tip was not a good one. Except for her I was happy to find this little treasure.

Cassinellis was a very delicious surprise! We were passing through on business and stopped in. We were very pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere, decor and delicious food! I am a tough critic on muffulettas and though Nelli’s has a little different take on the sandwich, it blew my taste buds away. I could easily see myself driving a couple hours to have another.

Stopped here after a long hike through the Skyway Loop Trail and Chinabee Silent Trail. The food, service, and environment were all great. The prices are not cheap but they aren’t expensive either. 10 bucks should get you a great meal.

SERVERS WERE ON TARGET, THEY KNEW THEIR MENU THROUGHLY….FRIENDLY, PLENTY OF SMILES AND ENOUGH SMALL FROM STAFF TO LET YOU KNOW THAT THEY GENUINELY APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS!!
