Ordered a shrimp burrito from the San Bernardino store and ended up biting into a pork burrito. Issue is, I DON’T EAT PORK!!! When calling the store, the man stated he remembered me and said my order back to me, I agreed. Instead of stating that maybe it’s miscommunication because I clearly said shrimp and few times and he heard pork smh. He had no compassion, and no accountability. Instead of trying to fix the issue, he seemed to not care. Highly upset.

Everything we ordered was made fresh and tasted authentically delicious! Generous portion size. We’re from out of town and quickly discovered that the immediate area is run down. A homeless man knocked on our passenger window and asked for a lighter while we were in the drive thru and then kicked some things in the parking lot right after we told him we didn’t have one. Make sure your doors are locked and windows are up.

The crispy and salty fries melded well with the carna asada. The guacamole and cheese taste very good, too but do not overpower the fries and meat: the main show. Just come early in the day cause it gets sketchy later in the day. So bring a friend if you plan to dine in. Besides this, everything is excellent.

Even with the drive thru empty and no one inside this restaurant takes a long time to get your food ready. The staff is unreliable, unprofessional and disrespectful. I hate having to go there just because of that, otherwise the food would be more enjoyable.
