So the story is, we made a reservation at a high-end restaurant in Chatham and made a mistake so we had to leave there. So we ended up at castaways, although I wasn’t expecting much because it doesn’t look like much but I was pleasantly surprised we ordered buffalo wings, a salad and a pizza. the food was absolutely delicious. We have driven by this place 1, million times Stopped in. The service was good and the food was delicious. We will definitely be going back as my husband said it was a diamond in the rough.

Ordered some pizzas for takeout tonight and they were done on-time and cooked to perfection (bubbly cheese and good color on the crust). The whole family enjoyed them! Perfect sauce to cheese ratio- we will go back next time we’re in town!

A no frills local place with bar and table service. Veggie pizza and onion rings were very good. We sat at the bar. Service was no nonsense, efficient with little humor and only a hint of a smile.

Not sure why this place is so highly rated. The service was super slow and sloppy and the food was meh. The shrimp tacos had a decent sauce but other than that nothing special. My husband had a chicken dish that was super small for the $25 price. Like a half of a chicken breast small. The wait for our server was long from the beginning (we were ready to walk out after about 10 minutes when she arrived). The manager (?)/hostess (?) stood out behind the partition dividing the customers from the kitchen barking orders. All in all an experience we won’t be repeating.

I went here for a Doordash order and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. After 10 minutes of staff ignoring me I figured something was wrong and asked staff multiple times about the order and got no answer. Finally, close to 20 minutes later a staff member told me the order was never confirmed but they could put the order in now. Why didn’t they tell me this in the first place? This place wasted 20 minutes of my time. Ended up canceling the order which lowers my ratings. Not happy with the service here and the restaurant was not busy by any means. Cmon you are open 3 hours a day, get it together!

used to order from this restaurant regularly, ordered doordash tonight and there were 2 holes in the container that looked like a mouse chewed through it. scared to order from them again don’t know how holes like that got into a container or how someone didn’t see it before putting the food in it.
