Some of the best food I’ve ever had, absolutely incredible! Worth every penny! The steaks are sooooo good!! Fries are The entire staff is professional. It was quiet while we were in and the owner took my girls into the kitchen to see the chef and all the food being made, they felt so special! Super nice guy. We loved our server Heather, she was very accommodating and kind !

Des Moines prices, Burger King quality. Prime Rib was tasteless, no finishing salt. The Prime was overdone, we had 5:30 reservations and i asked for a rare cut, it was medium. I believe it was reheated from the night before. The au jus was bragged about by the server, it was tasteless. The grits were decent, and the wife liked the broccolini. No wine, no alcohol, $140. We won’t be back. The little 2 oz portions of the peppercorn sauce and the pesto were tasty, so they actually added flavor to the prime.

What an amazing find off the interstate while passing through the state! Since the welcome icon on Google maps had pictures of corn, of course we had to try it. The absolute best corn I’ve ever had. Got the grilled cream corn and the polenta. Will never forget this amazing stop along a very long road trip. Sad to miss out on seeing the world’s largest popcorn ball but this restaurant didn’t disappoint at all. Also, the salted butter with the baguette is so simple, but drool worthy.

What a rare find in a rural community! Wonderful steaks, sides, and atmosphere. We had a ribeye and New York strip— both were done perfectly to our liking with a nice grill char on the outside. Highly recommend both the house fries and the mac and cheddar bake!

Great place. Steaks were cooked perfectly. All the sides were very good. Service was very good, the manager even stopped by 2 or 3 times to make sure everything was good. We will definitely be back again.
