My two friends and I were traveling through Willow Springs and stop to eat lunch at this restaurant. We guessed that it was good because the parking lot was full. Usually in small towns at the parking lots are full it means the locals think the food is good and it sure was. The warm homemade rolls we were served at the beginning of our meal are probably the best restaurant rolls I’ve ever been served. Not kidding. They were that good. One friend had a burger and fries which she said were very good. The fries had a little bit of mild seasoning on them and were hot and tasty. I had a grilled chicken Caesar salad and I’m guessing the croutons were also homemade and the Caesar dressing was very light and really good also guessing it’s homemade. Grilled chicken was juicy and early seasoned on the salad. My other friend had a signature house type dinner salad also with grilled chicken and she said it was really good. The next I’m in the area I will definitely be stopping again. The atmosphere was homey and the service was good. The food we had was exceptional.

Now this is what you call a real steak house. This location was in the middle of know where, but trust me it’s worth checking out. The location is split into three sections a restaurant, bar, and banquet hall. The main restaurant area is small but very comfortable.

This is a great place! I was familiar with cattleman’s from the Ozark empire fair as they serve meat from the same local source. This restaurant was fantastic. I had the sirloin and my husband had the special prime rib (at least two inches thick!!) both cooked to perfection and seasoned very well. This restaurant loves is garlic (in the mushrooms, on the bread, and the cheese curds) if you are sensitive to garlic you might ask. They also have dishes on the saltier side (not over powering but I could see that it might bother people sensitive to salt). The kids meals are a great price and good portion. Their sides include sides for adult dishes which is very nice. The rolls were amazing too! Size of the side salad is really good and the chicken tenders look hand breaded and sliced. Room gets a bit noisy but seating is wonderful! Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing food and smiles all around. My wife and I go often enough that everyone here pretty much knows what we are going to order. Their 8 ounce top sirloin is generally my go to, always cooked perfectly. Way better steak than anywhere else around. The grilled chicken sandwich (minus the grilled onions) is amazing, always so juicy and tender. Salads are great, french fries have some great tasting seasoning on them. Sweet tea is usually right on par. Their steak and chicken dinner salad is also very good.

This is the third time I have been there. The first time we ate off the Happy Hour Menu and I said, I have found my new place. The last two times, the steak sandwich was rubbery and way too fatty. I don’t really have the words to describe it. Not Good!

We were traveling thru the area and were pleasantly surprised by this amazing food establishment. The food was phenomenal! It was our anniversary and my husband had the prime rib, the BEST he’s ever had. Salads were good, bread was really good, zucchini was tasty amd the baked potatoes were outstanding! Our server Kat did a fantastic job! Wonderful experience! We will be back and we live 80 miles away! Definitely a great choice!!
