Cava is a Mediterranean restaurant specializing in green and grain bowls, pitas and salads. Its up can pick a specialized concoction or crest your own and basically go down the line like you would at a Chipotle. I got the Market Spice bowl. It’s vegetarian but it was great. Spicy falafel, broccoli, pickled onions, hummus, tzatziki, skhug, garlic dressing and rice. It’s the perfect amount of food for lunch and their drinks are really good too. I got the blueberry lavender tea and it was super refreshing. If you’re looking for a fun, healthy lunch, Cava is the spot.

I have been here a few times. I I was not disappointed in the slightest.. food is booming with flavor. I love the pitas. They’re so packed. The rice and chicken is great as well and the option of different spreads/ dips. Definitely my favorite place to get food from the Belmont area.
