First experience at a CAVA’s restaurant. Associate was very patient and helpful explaining menu items. The customers on the patio had only positive reviews. The fried pita chips were my favorite. My bowl was very tasty. I enjoyed the experience. I’ll definitely try again back in Texas.

This is my favorite place to eat in Rockville. The food is fast, delicious and super healthy. At first it was a bit intimidating to quickly order what I wanted as I went through the cafeteria type line where they put into your salad whatever you want. But, after I was there a couple of times, it was easy breezy because I knew what I liked.

There’s no way any the service this place gave me today is acceptable. First that lady that was servicing me . Not sure her name but overweight Hispanic lady . Was extremely rude . This place is always so warm and welcoming each time I step foot inside I’m greeted and welcomed. Unlike most places in Rockville there’s easy parking. Alexy and Alexis are always so pleasant when I walk in truly a good dining experience with great food.

This location always disappoints. If it isn’t the bad customer service then it’s the food quality or portions. I tried to avoid it unless I really really have to go to this one. But this time it has done it for me. Obviously management or employees do not care about the presentation of the company because what restaurant serves Arugula like this ? First bite and I almost choked on a piece. So neglectful. Do better Cava! Will not be returning.

I really like the flavor of the food here and that it genuinely feels slightly healthier than other bowl options like Chipotle, however, I’ve had a lot of experiences at this location lately where the new staff gives extremely skimpy portions then charge you when you ask for extra. I asked for tomato salad on mine and got three little halves of cherry tomato which combined for not even 2 full cherry tomatoes. It’s a bit of a joke honestly. Portions used to be way more generous but it’s not worth spending almost 20 dollars a bowl on all the extras.
