Compare to the Rockville location this place is very stingy on their portions. My rice bowl was less than half the bowl and the salad was about half the bowl. Even to the picture they advertise the portion is very lacking.

OMG ! What have I found? Lol this is such a refreshing healthy bite! Yosselin was so helpful. She walked us through the whole menu process down to ordering our food on the App. The drinks are so good and refreshing. Me and my friend got a salad bowl. The pita chips are so good! Welcome to the neighborhood Yosselin/ Cava !!!! I will definitely be seeing you often ❤️❤️❤️!!!

Although I understand the frustration some may have about not having the ability to order in store, once you get the app it is all very easy and fast! I was hesitant about ordering here due to the reviews, but I’m so glad I did! It was super easy to order through the app and our food was ready in less than 10 mins. I just walked in, they asked for my name, and handed me the bag. Super quick and easy. The portions were HUGE. Probably the biggest bowl I’ve ever had from a Cava location. And the food was SO good! Everything was so fresh and delicious. I assume the past reviews were posted when the restaurant first opened and they may have been working out some kinks. But I highly recommend those that had a negative experience to give it another try. You won’t be sorry!

I like the concept of the digital kitchen; however, I wasn’t aware of this upon arriving. The harissa chicken bowl was very flavorful and had a good portion size. I went around 1 p.m.; it wasn’t busy at all. It took me some time to order, but the staff members were nice. I highly recommend!

This location is awesome! It is an online pickup location but so much more! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy! The general manager, Jocelyn, walked us through all of our options, gave us samples and made sure we had no issues ordering through the app! Fav location!!

I wish they had option to order in the store. Don’t order from app. the app sucks. order in their website. otherwise the food and service is top notch here. they make the order every time pretty perfect. they bag it well and whatever side request you make, they will honor it too. sometimes they do forget to put utensils though. not a biggie. still glad to have them in neighborhood.

I hardly comment about anything but when I have a good experience or like something, I always want to share it with others. All I have to say is that the service I received while dining at this location was one of the best I have had at a restaurant in a while. The staff are very welcoming and attentive to the needs of their guests and their GM Yosselin is just so involved, detail oriented, and makes sure all guests have am amazing experience while dining in her store. Keep it up!!!!

The food was great. The table we dined was sticky and wasn’t wiped properly. The cutlery table was messy, and workers were talking to each other with profanity. It is so disgusting to hear that kind of language while trying to enjoy a delicious meal.
