Shout out to Erica for taking an already good experience at one of my favorite stores and completely enriching it to the point magnificence. Such great customer service. I felt as though the assembly line experience i had grown so accustomed to had been elevated to something more akin to table side service. I forgot i was in a cava and, instead, felt as though i was in the Ritz-Carlton.

This location is usually great, clean and friendly. However, when I ordered my food today and began eating my chicken bowl I noticed a green stink bug in my spinach. I also noticed one of the workers open the bag of arugula and toss it in the window bowl to serve to guests without rinsing the veggies off before putting it on display in the display window where all the other veggies are. Please do better with sanitation. I actually like this location but that definitely turned me away for awhile.

My first visit to cava. really a fantastic Mediterranean joint. I had a chicken bowl with all the toppings except olives, because olives are gross ya know? anyhow I was incredibly impressed by the flavor profile, very fill and delicious. the food was fresh and didn’t seem to have sat around for awhile. it was fast, convient, and clean. I liked the cookie and the pita was ok. next time I’ll only get the meal.

Visited on Friday night w/ am outta town friend. He’s never been to Cava before! I showed him how the ordering works, etc. He really enjoyed the experience and especially the food! I got my usual bowl and we had a lovely time. Foodie approved! Also that peach green tea was refreshing yum! Very friendly staff as well!

When I first went to CAVA I thought it was just another copy of other similar restaurants but as I started ordering the customer service was really helpful and happy. Their patience to explain their ingredients is just so accommodating, I tried just the basic rice, grilled chicken, and veggies with feta cheese on it and it was deliciously good! Great restaurant with fresh ingredients.
