I love cava but my recent experience was terrible. My meatballs were undercooked as in the attached photo you can see they are red. I will not be back to this location as people can seriously become ill from undercooked meat.

This review is a knock on the management NOT the employees. It is blatantly obvious the moment you walk in how horribly managed this location is. On numerous occasions, especially during a busy rush, the staff is ill equipped to handle service. This has inevitably led to exorbitantly long wait times. The poor employee staffed to work the register clearly needs more help. It is really unfortunate writing this review because the great food is overshadowed by the abysmal service. I really feel for the employees here, who clearly need more help and better management. Chipotle suffers from the same problems. Instead of building more and more CAVA locations, perhaps it’s in the company’s interest to refine and improve existing locations to deliver on a better experience for the customer.

Stopped in for lunch and the food was great and fresh. Service was good. Reason for the 1 star review is while eating, I happened to notice the “no guns allowed” sign hidden on the bottom window behind a bush. Any place that doesn’t allow legally armed citizens to carry, are a no go. I know they won’t miss my money and I’m perfectly content with that. I will patronize establishments that believe in the right to self defense.

My NEW favorite spot. Somewhat addictive. I actually came back the very next day after my first visit just because I was dreaming about it, it was just THAT GOOD! They have delicious food that is very reasonably priced. You can pick and choose what you want on your pita/bowl and skip what you dont want. So many different things to try so many amazing combinations, now I wanna go back for lunch! They also have fresh juices that are so refreshing. I had the watermelon mint, it was so good seems like it was gone in seconds. Just scrumptious! I would absolutely recommend if you like Mediterranean food, and if you give it a try its guaranteed not to disappoint .

Your job is to feed hungry customers – not to argue about toppings. Do your job. I WILL PAY EXTRA. Understand? I WILL PAY EXTRA. CAVA would be so much better if I didn’t need to have a 10 minute discussion about toppings. I WILL PAY EXTRA. Why don’t you just eliminate the redundant staff and let me order from a kiosk? I WILL PAY EXTRA to have the food made the way I want it. This sandwich line business model is over 20 years out of date. Replace these people with an order kiosk. I also don’t care how cute your staff looks. I want my food made correctly.

Really enjoyed Cava! Delicious mediterranean flavors, plenty of gluten free options, nice atmosphere, quick service. In general a little on the expensive side for fast casual dining, but I felt like pretty fair price considering the quality of food. Will definitely be back.
