They always do this to me when I order online. The workers act like they’re the owners and that the rice is one of the most expensive ingredients. I always get just a little coating of rice on the bottom of my bowl for a rice bowl. Bottom bowl in the pic is mine for context. It’s hard to really tell but it’s maybe 3/4ths a scoop of rice.

Cava has done a nice job of holding the line on pricing during inflation. The bowl I order is somewhat more expensive than a couple of years ago but not too bad. Neither the food nor atmosphere is special, but Cava hits the mark on delivering good quality Mediterranean fare at reasonable pricing.

This place has certainly changed from last year in terms of customer service! I visited this location for the last time at 9:40 this evening. The young man in the serving line gave me an attitude of like he wanted me to get out of his face most expeditiously. The young man at the register, Jason (the name he gave) didn’t even know what his co-worker’s name was. Neither were wearing a name tag, and the receipt doesn’t give the team member’s name. I’m saddened by the performance of this crew tonight. I love CAVA and will always be a customer, but not at this location ever again. . .

I always wondered why is Cava in my neighborhood mainly empty. If you see one customer inside, it’s quite a surprise. Today I decided to give it a try. I assume they train their staff to measure the amount of chosen meat in milligrams – The employee’s struggle to do that with my bowl was a mix of hilarious and embarrassing while she was trying to remove pieces of meat stuck on the tongues she was working with. I can say that I satisfied my curiosity to know why Cava is almost always empty and I am most certainly not going back again.

Asked for pita crisps on the bowl, guy gave me about 2 total so when I asked for more instead of getting more crisps from the back he gave me the stale crumbs that were at the bottom which is crazy because I never once asked for pita crumbs. Ruined the bowl
