The food was soooooo fresh. What an amazing variety of vegetables dips sauces and meats or falafel to add to your pita or bowl! This is one of the best chains I have ever eaten at for Mediterranean. They make house made drinks that are definitely worth trying.

I walked in, and the line was 12 deep. I stood there in line and thought “I should just order my meal online so I can get the rewards!” So I found myself a table, finished ordering online, and it said it’d be done and ready for pick up in 10 minutes. People! It was done within 2 minutes! I’ve never eaten here before so I went onto their website, signed up for rewards and browsed their menu. I got their Harissa Avocado bowl and the Blueberry Lavender tea. I put a splash of the lemon lime soda from the dispenser and I swear I’ll never crave any other place for as long as I live. The Salad is clean tasting and firey! The tea? Spectacular! Thanks for having me Cava! As an Uber driver, I’ll recommend Cava from here on out!

Food was surprisingly tasty (got the Market Spice bowl and the Spicy Chicken pita). Servers were nice, but the way the in-store vs online ordering is structured was mind-bogglingly frustrating. Ordered online at 8 pm and was quoted 8:15 for the pickup — sat in the store until 8:45 waiting for my order along with 6 to 8 other online orders. The in-store orders were strangely prioritized, as I watched about 20 people go through the line and have their order made in <5 min while the online orders sat grumbling to each other about what was causing the wait. Every online order was 20-30 min behind. Save yourself some time and go through the in-store line.

Food was soo good! Love the options for rice/salad for the base. Meats are so good and flavorful! And so many fresh toppings that accelerate the flavor! This is the Mediterranean version of Chipotle on steroids! I wish I lived closer…or maybe not because I’d be broke. Great food, friendly staff and great open air atmosphere inside.

Third time ordering here and the food is consistently good and portions are huge! The harissa honey chicken, the crazy feta, and the smoked eggplant dip are my favorite. Their red pepper hummus and roasted corn is great too! I also could drink the blueberry lavender every day. Sadly- they have forgotten at least one thing in every order which makes me hesitant ordering here, but I truly love the food and think it’s a great staple for Asheville. There is not a large selection of delivery food that isn’t over salted, fried, processed, and/or not fresh, so this is a pleasant go-to. Please just work on making sure orders are complete 🙂

I’ve been to CAVA in Charlotte and NJ. Had amazing experiences every time at those locations. My fiancé and I were so excited when we heard we were getting a location here by us! We ordered take out tonight and this is what we received. I mean it’s honestly embarrassing that this is what we paid for and this is what we received. I’ll change my rating when they turn things around but I would recommend not going till they figure out what an actual portion is.

Overall, impressed. Nothing cheap going into the food/decor. Prices very reasonable. Dining area/ drink station needed wiping and sweeping. Friendly staff. All food fresh and tasty. Also, good amount of food. Recommend.
