Salad lovers, this is for your happy place. Great salads with various toppings and drinks. I had a Greek bowl, and servers did exactly what I asked them. Extra toppings were not charged. Also, they gave “Military Discount,” which was plus. I love to dine restaurants that honors military. Will come back in the future. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and what impressed me even more was the price. I couldn’t believe the quality of the dishes for such an affordable cost. The location of the restaurant was perfect as well, making it easy to access and find. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my meal. One dish that stood out to me was the brown rice and greens bowl, which was accompanied by flavorful roasted vegetables and mouthwatering falafel balls. This is actually the worst Cava ever. I’ve been to multiple and none compare. We just got this food (in the picture, I had already started to deconstruct it). They gave us no toppings, the dip is not on the side, the rice is on the pita, and they put the protein on the side. And no dressing. Essentially, they didn’t do a single thing right. Not to mention, this and similar things have happened to us multiple times.

This was my first visit to CAVA. I love Mediterranean food so I was excited to try it. We both chose to build a bowl instead of a pita wrap. I had arugula and yellow rice as the base with spicy chicken and lamb meatballs as my protein. The plethora of toppings and sauces made this bowl very delicious. I would definitely recommend CAVA if you’re shopping in The Collection and want a tasty healthier food option.

Overall, the experience was “meh”. The service of order taking was okay until the person putting my order together had a friend walk up behind me as she made my dish. I asked for no olives, which she acknowledged, but then put them on anyway. She quickly corrected her mistake by hand picking them off. In my opinion, it should have been remade. The bill was $26.15 for two; a bowl, a pita and 2 drinks. The price is high in my opinion. We were one of two couples in the store yet almost every table was dirty (as well as floors in pic). I am so sad to write this because cava was my absolute favorite restaurant for so long.. I went yesterday for the first time in a while and I’m not sure if there’s new management or what, but I was served completely burnt food. They also seem to have decreased their portion sizes. For $15 I was served a CHILD size portion with burnt veggies.. WAY overpriced for the quantity and quality. Disappointing
