My new fave place! The food is fresh and healthy. Lots of variety. Pick your bowl or wrap to start and fill it with your choice of lettuce and grains, hummus and other sauces, pick a protein some other goodies such as corn and spicy broccoli bites. I get the harissa honey chicken as my protein. Add your sauce/dressing on top. I like the yogurt dill because it helps cool my mouth down from that spicy chicken. Also the pita slices/big chips are so good! There are other menu items as well. They don’t serve traditional sodas. They have Hispanic sodas and about half a dozen juices and teas. Indoor and outdoor seating. Located right beside airport Blvd in the Books a Million shopping center. This used to be Zoe’s Kitchen. Service isn’t always the best but the food is. It’s a tad pricey. I get a bowl, side of pita bread and a drink and it’s $18. Worth it!

This was a cool, chipotle-like take on Mediterranean. Heavy enough to fill you up, and light enough to keep you from feeling sick afterwards. Their menu items are really creative but you can always result to changing them up as they make them or completely building your own pita or bowl from scratch.

the hype is not worth it. everything is upcharged….which I get…but the fact that my saffron rice is crunchy…I can not forgo.. I love a fresh meal…veggies and all…and this is here… but if falls short on flavor… my rice is underdone… the meat they put in is miniscule…. although the server after mine made a big delicious bowl…but I won’t be returning. I’m def willing to pay for good food….but where is the flavor? feels like I’m eating a dry salad.

The staff is great the flood is really overpriced it wasn’t a true gyro place everything is an upcharge the meat is spicy and It gave me a belly ache later. I think my tiny salad with a half a avocado was 14$

I have not had CAVA since moving away from Los Angeles, CA and was so EXCITED when finding out Mobile was getting one! The food is PHENOMENAL and always leaves you filling full, fresh, and happy! The variety of toppings, sauces, grains, greens, proteins is so nice – as you never have to worry about “burning out” on eating here. I’ve never had a bad encounter with this business, the employees and food. Always such a treat to visit and pick up a meal! Also – Mexican cola is so delicious! Can not go wrong eating here for a very reasonable price!

My friend suggested this place to me and the first time going there it was so welcoming! DeDe was the one helping me, and she explained everything perfectly and made sure my order was great.
