If I could, I would eat from CAVA every day. I always get a green and grain bowl with my favorites (black lentils, grilled veggies, black olives, red pepper hummus, spinach, cucumber and tomatoes). The grilled chicken is always seasoned well. On my last few visits the date balsamic dressing is no longer available. CAVA allows you to be creative and healthy with your food.

I recently visited this CAVA for the first time and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, making me feel right at home. However I wasn’t aware that this store was online only. But a worker named Esteban helped me out.

Ordered on a whim when walking by and the food is amazing. Our order was ready in five minutes and the staff was super helpful. Will definitely be back.

Love the concept and the speed by which our order is delivered. Only critique is sometimes it comes out quicker than claimed so not warm by time I get there and get home (5mins away)

My first time in! I was greeted when I walked in. I had a few question and i was able to ask my question and received answers. Clean and a very welcomed environment!! I will be back for SURE. More than a 5 Star Review!!!!!

This cost $12… how is this even acceptable? Bowl is barely filled halfway. When I first had Cava they filled the bowls to the max. This is pathetic.

Kong went above and beyond contacting customer service and providing me two complimentary delicious meals when I had an issue with modifying meals on the app. He wanted to make sure I was taken care of for the inconvenience. Thank you! I will definitely be back!

This place ranks worse than the Greenhills location and I thought that would be hard to do. All three times we’ve been to this location the food is inconsistent, very little greens, missing items, drenched in tzatziki sauce, etc. Tonight there were two young kids working that looked like they had little interest in being there, no manager in site which is what happens often at green hills. I understand times are tough with inflation and food costs, but I question even the quality of the food now if they are too cheap to hire good staff, I’m sure they are skimping on food quality. My so called braised lamb was ice cold and my wife had only two lamb meatballs, but of course we had an up charge for both. The final kicker tonight though was the discovery at the bottom of the bowl, a piece of plastic that could have easily choked my wife. Surprise. We won’t be back, it’s a shame because we love Cava in other cities.

Had lunch at Cava today. First time for me. Easy and ample parking. The place was very clean. The manager was extremely helpful to me, a newbie. And the food was really good. Will definitely be back for more.

The environment was lonely, uncomfortably silent, and sterile-feeling. The staff seemed intentionally noncommunicative, not even acknowledging a customer “thank you.” It also seems presumptuous to assume customers can or want to download an app. We were able to order online anyway. But an in-store kiosk would probably assist.
