This is next level for Mediterranean food. You can choose your toppings and proteins. Portions are large so you will have food for late. The pita chips were delicious. I def recommend this place. It’s really good!

Wow. Just wow. Such good food. Basically a Mediterranean version of chipotle or bipi bop. You get a lot of options to make a bowl or sandwich. The food I got was wonderful. Fresh tastes. Good variety of choices. And the drinks were awesome. Not the usual coke or Pepsi. But a small batch soda company or locally made drinks. Overall a wonderful place. Only complaint was not enough outdoor seating as it’s so popular.

I recently dined at Cava, the new restaurant on Pryor Road in Lee Summit, Missouri, and it was an exceptional experience. Their fresh alternative to lunches and dinners left me thoroughly satisfied. I opted for the vegetarian bowl, which was a delightful medley of rice, cucumber, dill sauce, roasted corn, peppers, tomatoes, and an array of other vegetables. The combination was bursting with flavors and textures that were truly impressive. The fresh pita bread complemented the bowl perfectly. And don’t miss out on the cucumber-mint lemonade; it’s truly top-notch. Cava is definitely a must-visit for anyone seeking a fulfilling and delicious meal! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve never been here, but I have heard of it. It is similar to a certain burrito place in how you can order. The main focus is Mediterranean, and that is something I enjoy. Give it a try!

I visit CAVA in Overland Park often and was so excited when I saw it was coming to LS. I got it today and was a bit worried how the restaurant looked. The cooking area was dirty, the floors were so sticky it was almost hard to walk without making a super loud noise. It just seemed dirty. I also got into my car and there weren’t any utensils for me to eat like I ordered. I had to stop and grab some!

Food is great and they give you a lot of it. Price is about $12 a bowl, but the quantity is justifiable compared to chipotle, in my opinion. Only reason for a docked star is a sexist employee. Twice in a row she has helped my wife and I by making our bowls. However, both times she offered my wife a complimentary pita to go with the bowl, but she didn’t offer me anything either time. Seems a little targeted and really annoyed me.

Very good food and after the first try we prefer it over many of the other fast-casual bowl restaurants.

First timer here! I would equate this place to Chipotle but the Mediterranean version. If I could describe the food using just two words, they would be “fresh and flavorful”. Really enjoyed my meal, the establishment was nice and clean and the employees were helpful as I had no idea what to order. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been to CAVA in Lees Summit twice. The food is very fresh and clean, the choices are interesting and unique compared to most restaurants in the area. I enjoyed it a lot and will definitely be back.
