Went to this location 2 times so far and both times the food was EXCELLENT, however the first time they charged me $3 for a drink I didn’t get and I didn’t notice the charge until after I left. The second time they left one of the main ingredients out of the chef curated bowl I ordered. Food is delicious so I will probably just hit up a different location next time.

I absolutely love CAVA, and am so grateful for a decent salad place in Tulsa Hills, but here’s the thing– you will never get a full bowl at this location unless you are annoying and ask for more ingredients. I’m constantly having to ask for more greens, more rice, etc. I hate being annoying and bugging the workers, but if I don’t request more ingredients, I will 99% of the time end up with a bowl that is only half full. Strangely enough, my husband doesn’t run into this issue as much as I do, for some reason. I suspect it’s because my fave is the chicken and right rice bowl, and they end up skimping on the right rice for some reason. I haven’t been back in a couple of months because the last time I was there, I had to ask for more arugula, and upon getting home, realized that 1/3 of the arugula was barely edible. Look at the picture and see how tough and big those stems are!! I love you, but please get it together CAVA Tulsa Hills. Their pita chips are downright amazing if you can get em fresh tho.

Went to Cava Tulsa Hills the other night and Cody made our experience phenomenal! Cody’s customer service was exceptional making sure that we had everything we need in order to fully enjoy our meal. Hands down will come back time and time again!

I’m always on the lookout for places I’ve never tried, expanding my pallet & all. CAVA is SO good!!! You have to try it! The atmosphere is a vibe. The staff are kind & helpful. I was nervously excited and she (staff) explained everything, happily. You can even taste all of the items before purchasing, just to make sure. I didn’t, but that option is great. They are very accommodating concerning gluten and dairy issues. Try them! I was fulfilled but not in that heavy, weighted way.

I absolutely love this restaurant and their food. The service is quick and the staff is very nice, i think it was christian and alex that made my food and they were very welcoming and held a conversation which not many people do anymore. they are also very good at helping you find things you like. I eat here a lot and I often find myself craving this food because it is just so good!

Everything was really delicious my biggest issue is the consistency the first time I went to cava it was amazing and they gave me a ton of food the second and third time it was disappointing and I was missing ingredients and sauces and the sauces that I did get were packed inside my bowl so there wasn’t very much rice or salad I seem to get much better service with the opening shift then the afternoon and evening. I just wish they would give you your moneys worth.

I frequent Cava and this is hands down my favorite location in Tulsa. I don’t often leave reviews but my most recent experience tonight was worth noting. On my visit, Michelle took care of me and was kind, patient and just a wonderful steward of her job from start to finish. The food is always top notch and I am so grateful to have this dining option offered in Tulsa. My 9 month old is also a big fan!
