It was my first time coming to CAVA, and the food didn’t disappoint at all, it was delicious. But the staff was very unfriendly, they didn’t answer to any of our questions and did not explain how it works as it was our first time. It seemed like they all were in bad mood and have totally Poor customer service. Some of their staff was on the phone when there was a line. I would come back only for the food but never ever for this service, I would prefer to go to other cava before coming back to this one. They could not even answer what drinks they have!! They just kept saying “look at the menu”. The staff was Dania, and another 2 people, one a man and a woman. But they weren’t wearing name tags.

Extremely upset coming to this location. First time come here a few days ago, Gloria is extremely rude I don’t recommend her for first timers or anyone for that matter who wants to be treated with respect. Salad had an insect in them! An insect! Heard from a former employee that they don’t change the topping they just get told to change the expired label to a new one.. Absolutely sickening and the young girl confirmed that when I asked to see the date on the container. Payed for a large cup and was still given a water cup. Would not recommend this to anyone! Just go to chipotle!

07/19/2023: This is my second time and was slightly skeptical to visit again as the rating have gone slightly lower. But really glad I went. Got Lemon Chicken this time and it was absolutely fantastic. Yes Healthy + very good Taste = Fantastic 🙂
