First timer here! Definitely enjoyed the food, but portions were not as big as I thought and it’s was a little pricey. They were also out of the sauce that went with my balsamic date chicken bowl, but loved the healthy variety of options.

I have gone to cava for years and never got a bowl as small as I did today. Gave me a half a scoop of rice and about 5 leaves of arugula. When I asked for more I was told that they would charge me extra. The bowl barely filled halfway after all the toppings. Have only gone to Cavas in the northeast prior to today and they always have the bowl overflowing. Had to go an get another dinner after since I was still hungry.

Second time that I’ve given the food bowl a shot. Still did not disappoint. My first time was at the 1604 loop location, second time was at this one Basse. Super clean environment, the workers behind the line were all welcoming and super helpful in the process of how to order. I personally think this place tops any other lines of food bowl options out there. Mediterranean options are so on point. The braised lamb is a good go to. Oh before I forget, I don’t mind paying extra for the avocado. They legit give a half of a large avocado so you know you getting what you pay for lol.

Mom took me here for lunch. And it was an instant hit for me! I stepped out of my comfort zone to try a few exotic options on the menu, and Cava delivered. Staff was very helpful and friendly, vibes were on point and my belly was satisfied!

Absolute worst delivery service EVER. Driver couldn’t find my apartment number so I went outside and walked in the street and he still couldn’t find me, barley spoke English, continuously hung up on me and forwarded my calls WHILE I WAS TRYING TO HELP HIM. He even had to audacity to tell me to just cancel my order so he can leave what the hell is that?? Eventually had to walk to the entrance of the apartment and it still took him over 10 min just to get to the entrance just for me to finally get the food and the damn order is wrong! Had to pay extra for lamb just for it to not even be in the bowl?!?! Only kinda good thing is support gives a refund but it only 25% of your order so if someone takes your food good luck trying to get your money back. Also the 2nd bowl I ordered barley had any food in it as well. Just a recommendation don’t waste your money here find somewhere better.
