With this price I really want to just give 3.5 stars but consider this is around OSU and other’s restaurants could be more worse so I give 4.

The atmosphere was clean and felt high end. The food was not so good. It has potential but lacks in flaver and time management. For example, my noodles were stuck together and not fully cooked in the middle of the bunch. My party got 4 different meals and we all felt like the food wasn’t that good. Not to mention the price for everything. I dont believe the price matched the experience. The best part about going out to dinner was we didn’t have to cook or do the dishes, so at least we got to pay for that to be done.

Loved this place before the facelift but even more now!! We have gone for breakfast/brunch twice and everything had been tasty and reasonably priced too. And both times our servers were fun, warm, and took great care of us- which really makes the experience in my opinion. We will add this one to the regular breakfast date rotation <3

First time having brunch at Caves since they reopened from the renovation. Delicious French toast and great coffee!

It’s always hard for me to write reviews for remodeled places, simply because I like the old place better. Corvallis has too many modern looking places to name them all, but it was hard to find that dark, homey, pub atmosphere. The name Caves seemed to fit that perfectly.

The service at Caves is super friendly. I can hardly imagine that I will ever eat better sauce than I did there with my spaetzle.

Stopped here for a brunch today with my family and some friends. Seated at 12:30 and we waited over an hour for the food. Waitress was perfectly nice however, when we had asked for the ketchup I was already almost done with my meal and the fries which I wanted to dip it in.

An excellent place for good food and some authentic European beers. Soft lighting and inviting atmosphere as you walk in. Bustling, yet quiet environment suitable for a business meeting. Service was great and knowledgeable. Did was above average and prepared as ordered. Prices as expected. Next time I’m in Corvallis I’ll stop by.

Phenomenal beer selection. The book of beers has a table of contents! Huge variety of styles. Always a good selection of draft beers and a massive selection of bottled. The food is great. Their ice cream is out of this world. One evening their soup was a creamy saffron bisque with mussels, and I had to go back the next day for more. They also have a uniquely delicious brunch menu. You can get Geuze-mosas, which taste simultaneously sacrilegious and delicious.

We’ve been here several times for brunch and dinner service. Last night we called bc we’d had a long work week and just wanted to order food + bottle of wine and pick up and enjoy it in our home. We were told no, they do not take online orders and we could come in, then order it and then they would pack it to go. Of course we didn’t do that. We’ll eventually try them again but we hope the food is correct and not missing ingredients. Last few times we’ve been there our bread didn’t come with finishing salt so they gave us table salt, the fried brussels didn’t come with hot honey then when we asked for a side of hot honey they told us they ran out and the donut was super cold at brunch. One good thing is their English muffins are really delicious and homemade.
