CC Noodle Bar is one of our go-to restaurants in Bristol. We’ve been going there several times, and the food has been consistently delicious. You get a good portion with each meal. If you like some spice in your food, they recently changed their spicy sauce. They have a 1-10 spice level. My bf, who loves spicy food and usually gets the 3rd or 2nd spicies level at a wing place, was feeling the heat at a level 5. They are small family restaurant that is easily missed in the area, but they are worth a visit.

Came here for lunch and had Pho and fresh spring rolls. The portions were generous and flavor was good. The fresh spring rolls were the best I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to try the spicy noodles on my next visit, this place is a gem.

Family owned family run. This place is awesome. Food was delicious, a family team effort to provide great service and a level of respect and appreciation for the customer, that was lost long ago in chain restaurants. I had the Pad Thai spicy level 2 and it was delicious. My wife had the Pho and loved it. The chicken wings were on the money. If you are visiting or living in Bristol, you should check this place out. Loved it.

Delicious pho…we ordered the Bun Bo Hue (spicy noodles), which wasn’t on the menu and it was amazing. The heat goes from level 1 to level 10. At 10, you have to sign a waiver. I got level 5 and it was perfect. Our waitress was super amazing as well. We will definitely be back, as we have found a new favorite place!!!

Love this place. Is the best Vietnamese cuisine in Tri-Cities area. I already try everything on the menu and also the “Hidden Menu”. Recommend Pho(P4 or P5), chicken wings with fish sauce, lemongrass chicken, lunch special #3, and pad thai.

We love Pho food. Everything was disgusting. We got soup, the chef special lo mein, spring rolls and fried dumplings. They were out of egg rolls at dinner. Family was super sweet and nice. The place looked gross. If I hadn’t already ordered ahead of time I would have turned around.
