I love BBQ ribs to the point that I sample them everywhere I go, and Charlie’s are among the very best I’ve had! Meaty. Juicy. Very well smoked. And did I mention his amazing BBQ sauce? If only he could FedEx a couple of racks to Colorado! I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in southern New Hampshire!

Amazing Food! This off the beaten path takeout food is so delicious, we make a point to stop there whenever we are in Keene. It took us a while to find it the first time, but now our taste buds & nose find them easily. Nothing fancy, but fantastic food! The portions are very generous…I get at least 2 meals out of my orders. The folks who run the place are friendly and welcoming. The ribs are fall off the bone, melt in your mouth delicious! Everything we have tried was a hit. It is worth the trip! I just wish it was an actual restaurant instead of just catering and takeout, because we are an hour away, and I can NEVER wait until we get home to break into the ribs!

THE finest BBQ and sides in the area. Stay away from the grits, they’re ALL mine. Friendly, delicious and affordable. They do great catering and desserts. Oh and homemade cornbread!!! Should mention their charcuterie boards and fine selection of meats, cheeses and beverages. The also sell paper goods and some art by Tim Campbell. Great people, Great place. Great food!!!

Charcoal Charlie is a serial BBQ Champion and our experience at CC&D’s strongly suggests that his skills have not diminished one bit. He’s a wonderful fellow and we are brisket, potato salad, cheesy grits, corn bread and some amazing pickles. As a long time Certified KCBS Master BBQ judge, I can tell you that you won’t find better BBQ for sale in NH.
